Fibulaglamora respects the privacy of customers and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, disclose, and protect personal data when customers browse our website, place Cash on Delivery orders, request cancellations, arrange returns, receive exchanges, or obtain refunds.

Because Fibulaglamora operates through Cash on Delivery, customers are not required to provide online card payment details when placing orders. When an eligible refund is required, we may request bank account information necessary to complete the bank transfer.
We may use personal data to process orders, prepare shipments, coordinate courier delivery, communicate about orders, handle cancellations, administer eligible returns, arrange doorstep collection, assess returned products, organize exchanges, process refunds, respond to questions, maintain transaction records, prevent misuse of our ordering process, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Our handling of personal data is governed principally by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), including the six Data Protection Principles covering collection, accuracy and retention, use, security, openness, and access and correction.
The Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553) may also be relevant to electronic records and transactions conducted through our website. Our e-commerce activities may additionally operate within legislation referenced in our Terms and Conditions, including the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362).
Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable Hong Kong law.
